Struggling still. Did very little the last few days.
Still nearly 30000 words. So just over half way through the months and three fifths through the target word count.
Thing is i am only about 10% through the plot. So my hope of getting the whole story in around 50k is not looking hopeful. It’s going to be a longer story than that.
Not sure I will make up what the words I have fallen behind, unless I have a good night tonight.

Good luck on reaching that goal! The whole novel doesnt need to be written, just achieving that 50k. I mean, there’s so much more to do after a goal is reached. The dreaded editing. GRAH. Chin up!
