  1. I Love cooking red, green, blue er yellow peppers with onions in a two egg Omelette. I also used to mix black beans, brown rice and bag of frozen tri color peppers and onions together then nuke em duke em in the microwave. It usually made five meals that i’d take to work for lunch and sometimes breakfast.
